Autoquip Pit Mounted Truck Levelers provide a superior solution to getting delivery vehicles loaded and unloaded quicker and safer by bringing the truck bed closer to or equal to the dock level. By leveling the truck or trailer to the dock, there is little incline for the wheeled load to overcome. The Pit Mounted version of the hydraulic Truck Leveler is for recessed installation, allowing the platform to travel above or below the grade to accommodate a wider variety of truck bed heights. Travel of the hydraulic Pit Mounted Truck Levelers can be configured in many above and below grade combinations totaling 30", with lifting capacities to 60,000 pounds. The Pit Mounted Truck Leveler is normally installed outdoors, in front of a dock or loading area, and permits vehicular cross traffic in alleyways or in tight turning areas when the lift is not in use.
The Ground Level Truck Levelers provide a superior solution to getting delivery vehicles loaded and unloaded quicker and safer by bringing the truck bed closer to or equal to the dock level. By leveling the truck or trailer to the dock, there is little incline for the wheeled load to overcome. The Ground Level version of the hydraulic Truck Leveler is an extremely low profile surface mounted lift with only 2-1/4" of deck height in order to level the widest variety of truck bed heights possible. Because the Ground Level Truck Levelers are not installed in a pit, these hydraulic lifts can be relocated easily and inexpensively should dock locations or requirements change. Travel of the Autoquip Ground Level Truck levelers is 30", with lifting capacities to 60,000 pounds and is equipped with a approach ramp.
